Job Summary
Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one of GridCARE's most strategically important products. Translate complex grid capabilities into reliable, scalable customer and partner workflows; define requirements for monitoring, auditability, and performance; collaborate with engineering, power systems, commercial, and executive leadership; drive cross-functional initiatives; mentor other product managers; apply AI and machine learning to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, and delivery in real-time, utility-scale operational contexts.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience including ownership of highly technical and complex software products
- Proven track record building and scaling products from early stages through broad production deployment
- Experience with complex systems involving optimization, simulation, machine learning, orchestration, or operational decision-making
- Experience building real-time products that ingest, process, and act on live operational data
- Deep understanding of power systems and grid operations
- Strong understanding of energy and power markets
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and operational requirements
- Practical fluency with AI tools and workflows for discovery, analysis, prototyping, communication, and execution
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across engineering, leadership, customers, utilities, and external partners
