Principal Product Manager

Principal Product Manager to own the end-to-end discovery process for G-P’s Horizon 3 (H3) Discovery Engine, collaborating with an Engineering counterpart to ship rapid, low-fidelity experiments and gather qualitative customer insights. Drive behavioral validation, define jobs-to-be-done, build prototypes, and make data-driven decisions on whether to persevere, pivot, or kill. Lead radical innovation within a remote-first environment, partnering across product, engineering, and business teams to unlock new product-market fit and scale global hiring workflows. The role emphasizes extreme ownership, speed, and a strong product sense, with a focus on turning raw ideas into executable concepts and validating them through weekly probes and user feedback. Preferred qualifications include prior founder experience, guerrilla growth experience, and exposure to complex regulatory or fintech contexts. Salary range: $170,000–$206,000 base, plus potential bonuses/commission depending on role type.
