Job Summary
Principal Product Manager for Fanatics Live leads strategy and roadmaps to grow and scale the livestream commerce platform internationally, driving platform stability, reliability, localization, payments, and compliance while aligning with regional market needs. Responsibilities include prioritizing foundational platform investments, improving uptime and observability, coordinating with Engineering, Infrastructure, Legal, and Operations to deliver large cross-functional initiatives, defining KPIs for system health and marketplace integrity, and mentoring product management practices. Required capabilities include 8+ years of PM experience on scalable consumer platforms or marketplaces, strong technical acumen in platform infrastructure and livestreaming, experience launching or scaling globally, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent communication and prioritization skills. A passion for sports, collectibles, marketplaces, or creator ecosystems is strongly preferred, and experience in livestream or social commerce is a plus, with NYC-based compensation ranging from $180k to $225k depending on location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of scalable consumer platforms, marketplaces, or livestream products
- Strong technical acumen with experience in platform infrastructure, distributed systems, livestreaming, payments, or operational tooling
- Experience leading international product launches or scaling global product experiences
- Experience driving complex initiatives across Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, Data, and Commercial teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to operate independently in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments
