Build alignment across senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that span multiple organizations. Balance innovation with user trust, quality, privacy, and long-term platform integrity. This role supports the Personalization team's mission to help listeners discover more and build lasting relationships with music, podcasts, and audiobooks.
