Job Summary
Manage the entire product lifecycle for Imprivata's Enterprise Access Management Cloud offering, from strategic planning through delivery. Champion customer needs by shaping product vision, developing business cases, and prioritizing features while coordinating cross-functional activities with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Clearly communicate product strategy to executives and partners, identify new opportunities to drive ROI, and monitor success metrics to serve as an internal and external product evangelist. Leverage AI tools and LLMs to improve workflows and requirements development. This highly visible role requires a proven track record of rapidly growing new products within enterprise SaaS and security environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of SaaS operations, including deployment, observability, automation, and incident management
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management
- Experience with AI-driven development
- Familiarity with LLMs and coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and how they can be applied to product management workflows
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Passionate about solving problems in innovative ways
- Detail-oriented but with the ability to think and act strategically
- Must be available for hybrid work based in Waltham, MA office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Access Management, SSO, MFA, or security a plus
