Job Summary
Principal Product Manager for the Customer Activation space owning two high-impact areas: the AI Assistant that provides personalized, contextual guidance during first transfers and beyond, and the route-by-route activation strategy to tailor experiences region-by-region. You’ll shape scalable, AI-first product experiences at global scale, drive activation through data-driven insights, experimentation, and go-to-market coordination with regional, pricing, and operations teams. You’ll lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, analysts, and researchers across locations (London, Budapest, and beyond), collaborate with Platform, regional teams, and vendors, and have the opportunity to grow into Product Lead roles. The role emphasizes shipping ambitious AI-driven features, building systematic playbooks, and accelerating user adoption across markets. It also offers flexibility in where/how you work, potential travel for global collaboration, and a strong equity/benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- experience with AI/ML-powered products
- customer-obsessed mindset
- strong UX and UI focus
- analytics and funnel/cohort analysis expertise
- experience with experimentation and growth (A/B testing, funnel optimization)
- ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, analysts) and stakeholders
- understanding of LLM architectures and API integrations
- self-driven, with ability to manage multiple roadmaps and deliverables
- ability to turn vision into actionable roadmaps and build at pace
