Job Summary
Principal Product Manager for Commercial Platforms owning end-to-end product strategy across CRM, CPQ, Customer Service, B2B Commerce, and related Quote-to-Cash/Order-to-Cash capabilities. Lead roadmap, prioritization, and value realization; partner with business leaders to translate objectives into technology-enabled capabilities; ensure integrated, scalable solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing; collaborate with IT/engineering to deliver solutions; drive improvements in customer experience, sales, efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making; manage backlogs and roadmaps; communicate health and risks to leadership; support ERP/CRM transformation initiatives and digital modernization. Education/experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 10+ years product management or related experience; experience with Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Commerce, Fusion ERP; ERP/CRM digital transformation experience. Location-based hybrid schedule at San Marcos, CA.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field required, or a combination of education and relevant work experience. Advanced degree preferred.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management or related roles
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Commerce, Fusion ERP
