Job Summary
Define the product vision and strategy for GitLab's end-to-end software factory experience, bringing together planning, specification, coding, review, and verification workflows into a cohesive product. Partner with product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams across GitLab to align priorities, identify gaps and dependencies within the GitLab Duo Agent Platform, and present product direction and tradeoffs to senior and executive leaders. Use strong product judgment to make complex workflows clear for customers and build support for decisions through cross-functional collaboration. Shape how GitLab brings its software factory vision to market while connecting capabilities across the AI-powered DevSecOps platform to deliver a unified experience.
