Principal Product Manager, AI

Job Summary
Own product strategy and roadmap for JustCall's AI portfolio — including AI Voice Agent (AIVA) and AI Conversation Intelligence — and define the path to additional AI-native products. Translate customer problems into sharp product bets, stay close to customers through real calls and rollouts, and turn insights into decisions. Partner with Engineering and AI leadership on architecture tradeoffs, model selection, eval frameworks, and buy/vs/partner decisions. Define and own the quality bar for AI experiences (accuracy, latency, hallucination, customer trust) and drive go-to-market with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for AI products. Execute with hands-on involvement in prompts, evals, and customer interactions, while shaping the product vision and roadmap for the AI portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or platform products
- Proven experience shipping AI-powered products at scale (agentic systems, LLM applications)
- Strong awareness of the AI ecosystem and ability to translate AI advances into opportunities
- Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on model selection, RAG architectures, eval frameworks, and latency tradeoffs
- Bias toward being in the product: writing prompts, testing agent flows, and demos
- Deep customer empathy and ability to translate signals into product decisions
- Operational rigor with measurable improvements in quality, adoption, and retention
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with shifting AI capabilities
