Job Summary
Principal Product Manager, AI Feed Relevance responsible for leading the next generation of AI-driven ranking and recommendation systems powering LinkedIn's Feed. Drive end-to-end product strategy and execution, partnering with AI Research, Data Science, and Infrastructure teams to define an AI roadmap, translate member experience goals into model objectives, and deliver features that improve relevance, value, and ecosystem health. Lead cross-functional development from requirements to launch, scale model training and inference infrastructure, and use data and experimentation (A/B tests, causal inference) to inform decisions. Communicate strategy and outcomes to executive stakeholders while staying ahead of the competitive landscape in AI-driven relevance and personalization.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
