Job Summary
Principal Product Manager for AI CTRL Secure Gateway and Chat leads multi-quarter roadmaps, owns P&L, defines product requirements, and drives GTM, pricing, and field enablement for a senior operator role. Responsibilities include shaping strategy, backlog prioritization, release planning, coordinating with engineering and marketing, and ensuring alignment across field teams. The role requires deep experience with SaaS products, modern infrastructure concepts (Kubernetes, identity, observability), AI tooling and agentic workflows, and a proven track record of shipping product lines with commercial impact. Location-based hybrid role with offices in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; or Columbus, OH; travel up to moderate levels. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in related fields; MBA is a plus.
