Job Summary
Seasoned Principal Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for Coupang's Audience Network, Offsite Ads, and Coupang Play Ads. Drive strategic direction, establish cross-functional buy-in, define initiatives and partnerships to scale the Audience Network, and lead product development with a cross-functional team including engineers, data scientists, researchers, and marketing. Collaborate with sales and business development to develop multi-quarter strategies for inventory growth and retail-focused audience networks. Requires 7+ years in product management and Ads product experience, with a track record of launching and scaling early PMF products, effective executive communication, and strong cross-functional relationship-building.

- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience in Ads product management
- Experience managing early-PMF products
- Experience communicating with executives and stakeholders
- Experience cross-functional collaboration
- Experience defining product roadmaps and resourcing
- Eligible to work in Korea or otherwise legally allowed
