Job Summary
Document, monitor, and control critical process points aligned with business policies while educating stakeholders to ensure consistent execution. Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline data management practices, develop formal documentation including procedures and flow diagrams, and design metrics measuring efficiency. Analyze data to identify risks, consult on customer experience and risk management for new intents, and resolve process breakdowns. Partner with Product, Technology, and Intent Owners to clarify needs and drive process improvements. This role supports privacy and security controls within Capital One's technology company, focusing on process management and continuous improvement methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Risk Management Documentation experience
- At least 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to drive and motivate others in delivering flawless execution of process improvement projects
- Knowledge of how to navigate regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of the development and management of process controls
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence partners across multiple functional areas including multiple levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of Process Management experience
- 3+ years of AI Documentation experience
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams
- Business Process Management, PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
