Job Summary
Lead and deliver consultative cloud support and technical leadership for cloud services across servers, storage, network, and SAN in a hybrid on-site/off-site model. Architect and implement cloud solutions, drive continuous improvement, monitor security and compliance, and mentor cross-functional teams. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex incidents, optimize performance and cost, and guide customers and internal stakeholders from deployment through end-of-life. Requires strong experience with hybrid cloud environments, IaC automation, and working with platforms such as HPE Greenlake, Azure Stack HCI, AWS, Azure, and GCP; educational background in a related field and substantial industry experience; role emphasizes end-to-end ownership and leadership across cloud support initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related area of study
- Typically 10-15 years’ experience
- Specialization in cloud domain areas (cloud platform, cloud computing, cloud data management, cloud networking and security, cloud automation and integration, cloud application design and modernization)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (HPE Greenlake, Azure Stack HCI, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience designing, integrating, and troubleshooting cloud services on hybrid cloud platforms
