Job Summary
Develop comprehensive cost volumes with strong substantiation demonstrating proposal reasonableness and realism, preparing SF1411 packages and supporting data for TINA-covered actions. Run rapid pricing exercises for capture teams and program offices to support price-to-win targets and margin trades, while producing independent ROM estimates on short turnaround as pursuits demand. Perform specialized analyses including cash-flow modeling, multi-year structures, variable quantity pricing, and escalation studies to ensure estimates carry documented, supportable rationale. This full-time role is based in Bridgeton, MO, with a hybrid schedule option. The position offers a salary range of $93,121 to $125,713 annually. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a relevant quantitative field
- 10+ years cost estimating and proposal pricing in government contracting
- Demonstrated expertise developing cost volumes and Bases of Estimate (BOEs)
- Advanced data analytics skills, including the ability to synthesize incomplete or ambiguous data into defensible cost estimates
- Proven ability to produce accurate, compliant pricing under tight deadlines
