Job Summary
Lead Nike’s global Pre-Order fulfillment strategy from factory to consumer with speed and precision. Drive end-to-end supply chain execution, scale global logistics partnerships (warehouses, transportation, 3PLs), and align cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Technology, Vendors, Consumer Services) to deliver a premium consumer experience. Stand up innovative fulfillment programs that reduce total cost while improving speed and margins, partner with Global/Geo Tech to embed Pre-Order capabilities, educate teams on the value and impact of Pre-Order fulfillment, and own end-to-end execution accountability including exceptions, returns, and consumer resolution. Requires deep expertise in logistics, fulfillment, and global operations, strong stakeholder influence, and a bias toward action in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or global operations
- Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain execution across global markets
- Strong understanding of logistics networks, transportation, and fulfillment models
- Experience working with external partners (3PLs, carriers, vendors) at scale
- Ability to translate operational complexity into clear, executable strategies
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
- Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action
