Job Summary
Lead complex client engagements focused on the Inflation Reduction Act and drug pricing policy, serving as a subject-matter expert. Develop analytics-driven products and tools for forecasting and scenario modeling. Advise life science clients on IRA implementation effects on business strategies. Build and refine proprietary analytic tools, contribute to business development, and produce thought leadership. Requires 10+ years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in health policy, public policy, healthcare management, public health, public administration, economics, business administration, or a relevant discipline
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with Medicare claims and conducting quantitative analysis
- Deep knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicare Part B, and key drug pricing reform policies
- Prior project management experience
- Solid communication skills

- Significant experience quantitatively analyzing policy proposals, legislation, and/or regulation and conveying findings to clients and the public
- Sophisticated understanding of how policy changes impact business metrics across healthcare stakeholders
