Job Summary
Ensure due diligence on business justifications before project development begins. Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, factory costs, and total development targets. Drive execution to meet schedule, cost, and plan while maintaining key milestones such as tapeout, samples, and release dates. Communicate critical information and changes across Design, Test, Eval, and Marketing functions through regular meetings. Manage project change requests that impact schedule and cost. Track performance in PLE and conduct post-release reviews. Work directly with customers to schedule reviews and deliver updates. Travel to customer sites as required. Lead project development teams from initiation through volume release for next-generation portable product applications.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in an Engineering Project/Program Manager role working with large multinational companies
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Strong planning skills
- Ability to drive tasks to completion through close coordination with multiple groups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time
