Job Summary
Principal PLM Systems Engineer with strong Windchill and PLM governance experience to manage L11/L12 BOMs and ECO/ECR processes; lead centralized PLM data repository design, Excel-to-PLM integration, and cross-functional collaboration from NPI to production; requires 5+ years in PLM, experience with Windchill/Agile/SAP, advanced Excel skills, and travel up to 30%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in PLM systems, configuration management, release worklogs, and engineering change processes
- Deep working knowledge of PLM tools (i.e. Windchill, Agile, SAP)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of Excel, automation, BOM, mechanical systems, lifecycle management, and program management
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: interpersonal and communication skills, data accuracy, version control, and traceability
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
- Familiarity with stage-gate processes in PLCM
- Capability to coach and mentor engineers
- Fluent in Spanish is a nice to have
