Principal Platform Product Manager, Payment

Job Summary
Lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Comcast's Residential enterprise platform capabilities, owning platform services, APIs, data capabilities, integrations, workflows, and operational reliability. Define and maintain the platform strategy, drive adoption of shared capabilities across engineering and business teams, and balance standardization with autonomy. Own the lifecycle of platform products from ideation through retirement, translating business needs into backlog items and actionable platform requirements. Collaborate with engineering, security, operations, data, and architecture to ensure scalable, measurable outcomes, improve developer experience through self-service and documentation, and drive cross-functional alignment on standards and operating models. Focus on platform governance, incident management, modernization, and the continuous improvement of platform health, reliability, and performance while delivering tangible business value through reusable capabilities and developer productivity. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years of experience in Platform/Product management or equivalent
- Experience owning platform strategy, roadmap, and governance
- Ability to translate business needs into platform requirements and backlog items
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data capabilities, and scalable architectures
- Ability to define and track platform OKRs and KPIs
- Excellent communication and executive presence
