Job Summary
Lead platform engineering for Salesforce, designing scalable declarative solutions with Flows, validation rules, assignment rules, and approval processes; drive architectural design for platform deployment and strategy for scalability; provide governance and best practices for platform configuration and upgrades; mentor and lead medium-size projects while collaborating with senior stakeholders to align platform strategies with business objectives; ensure security standards, integrations (COTS/SaaS/ERP), and compliance across the platform; plan software upgrades and monitor performance, capacity, and troubleshooting; deploy and configure applications to meet company requirements and support ongoing platform enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
- 6+ years of experience in release practices and environments or other related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Engineer experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
- Experience designing scalable declarative solutions in Salesforce (Flows, validation rules, assignment rules, approvals)
- Experience with platform deployment architectures and governance
- Leadership of medium projects
- Collaboration with senior stakeholders on platform strategies
- Strong understanding of security standards and integrations with COTS/SaaS/ERP environments
