Job Summary
Principal Platform Architect for ServiceNow is a technical advisory role responsible for establishing a technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and designing solutions to improve customer outcomes. You will guide customers, partners, and engagement teams on architecture, governance, data, integrations, and platform health, translate goals into an architectural blueprint, and position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard. Responsibilities include scoping engagements, estimating work, contributing leading practices, mentoring others, and maintaining relevant certifications, with travel up to 80%. Required Qualifications
- 12+ years progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience
- Management consulting experience
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Cloud application technology experience
- Enterprise architecture experience
- Large program experience leading architecture and design
- Experience integrating AI into work processes or workflows
