Job Summary
Principal Platform Architect - Federal role focusing on advising customers to establish a technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform, designing solutions with leading practices for instance strategy, governance, core data, and integrations. Responsibilities include guiding the engagement team to deliver long-term architectural success, translating goals into an customer roadmap and architectural blueprint, engaging with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, managing technical governance and delivery operating model, ensuring platform health, and supporting sales scoping and change orders. Requires deep technical expertise across ServiceNow workflows, enterprise architecture, cloud application technology, and the ability to mentor others. Travel up to 80%. Base pay in range $148k-$230k plus equity/OTE and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent
- Federal Experience
- Management consulting experience
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
- Industry domain expertise in large programs leading architecture and design
- Enterprise architecture experience
- Cloud application technology experience
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
