Job Summary
Oversee and enhance technology utilization in pharmacy operations by exploring market solutions, conducting research, and evaluating products for suitability. Source, procure, and integrate selected technology while troubleshooting issues to ensure system functionality. Lead audits, manage data extractions, and prepare test plans to support implementation phases. Define user requirements, configure vendor applications, and facilitate inter-operability between information and automation systems. Plan on-site user support, develop training materials, and audit data for accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to review policies and ensure system revisions align with hospital procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy with professional registration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, with an eye for collecting, organizing, analysing, and disseminating large volumes of information with precision and accuracy
- Agile and adaptable, capable of thriving in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
