Job Summary
Lead strategies to win new business for Danaher by selling outcomes-based partnership models to C-suite clients. Manage high-value executive relationships, identify desired business outcomes, and develop/negotiate partnership agreements. Deliver VIP presentations, architect outcomes-based solutions with cross-functional teams, and guide opportunities from scope to post-sale transition. Travel 60-75% to engage hospital executives, align strategic objectives with process improvements, and support cross-business collaboration within the Danaher Diagnostics portfolio. Remote-friendly with a flexible work arrangement and opportunities to partner with Health System Executives and Enterprise Discovery Solutions Consultants to drive transformational impact in life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology.
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA Degree
- MBA is strongly preferred
- 20+ years of commercial experience with demonstrated success in sales or consulting
- Travel 60-75% willingness
- Experience selling to C-suite or senior executives
- Ability to write partnership agreements and manage contracts
- Strong executive presence and relationship management with senior hospital executives
