Job Summary
Lead and act as a client visionary within Mindshare to deliver competitive insights and strategic direction for large FMCG brands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data-driven insights into actionable media and business solutions, overseeing campaigns and partnerships with a focus on driving growth. Manage senior client relationships, guide internal teams on strategic thinking, and coordinate with stakeholders to align on business objectives, planning, and execution. Bring deep expertise in media planning, data analytics, and stakeholder management to shape and accelerate client outcomes across FMCG brands and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 13 years+ total work experience in media business consultancy, market research/analytics or business analyst, with at least 3-4 years in media/communications planning
- FMCG experience (client/agency) is a definite added advantage
- Exceptional team management abilities that foster a unified and esteemed work culture
- Highly refined presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience overseeing substantial projects and managing their successful delivery
- Acute inquisitiveness and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Strong understanding of media landscape, including offline and online channels, and media investments/planning tools
- Ability to translate client needs into clear direction and drive strategic outcomes
