Job Summary

Establish Work Breakdown Structures, maintain Earned Value Management baselines, and prepare government cost performance reports for multiple contracts. Analyze variances, trends, and estimates to complete while supporting internal and external reporting requirements. Facilitate the program monthly rhythm process, incorporate baseline changes into the EVM system, and assist in submittal of monthly CDRLs such as IPMDAR. Operate independently with little management oversight to support budget baselines, funding analysis, and cost risk assessments using Deltek Cobra, SAP S4, and MS Excel.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or industry related field
  • Master's degree with 3 years experience in Business Management, finance, accounting, and/or industry related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access
  • Experience with Business systems (such as SAP, Cobra, etc.)
  • Financial forecasting experience with EVMS and government cost reporting
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or industry related field
  • Master's degree with 6 years experience in Business Management, finance, accounting, and/or industry related field
  • U.S. Citizenship

Desired Qualifications

  • Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
