Job Summary
Develop and review material Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts, ensuring alignment with purchase orders for Major Subcontracts and Integrated Work Orders. Support Control Account Managers with WBS alignment, time phasing of purchases, and variance analysis research. Prepare month-end reports, develop recovery plans for schedule pressures, and conduct analysis on material data to maintain cost and schedule baselines. Assist Integrated Product Teams and Cost Management Managers with budgeting, funding profiles, and sales outlook reviews. Perform individually or lead small teams in EVMS activities, including documenting earned value methodologies and supporting audits requested by programs, customers, and suppliers. Work on-site daily in a fast-paced environment requiring a Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Goods Movement, Supply Chain or industry related field
- Master's degree with 3 of years experience in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Goods Movement, Supply Chain or industry related field
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Goods Movement, Supply Chain or industry related field
- Master's degree with 6 years of experience in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Goods Movement, Supply Chain or industry related fields
- Active Government Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Business Systems such as SAP, and/or Cobra, etc.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
