Job Summary
Lead capital-raising initiatives by engaging prospective investors, distributors, and institutional stakeholders to onboard funds under the IFSCA and SEBI AIF frameworks. Drive project evaluation and investment deployment through market assessment, feasibility analysis, and financial modeling for real estate opportunities. Oversee regulatory compliance across both fund structures, coordinate with auditors and regulators, and manage day-to-day fund administration including NAV reporting and regulatory filings. Support portfolio monitoring, transaction execution, and internal controls while maintaining relationships with strategic partners and intermediaries. Based in Gift City or Mumbai, this senior leadership role requires a CA/CS/CMA with CFA/FRM credentials to manage overall business operations and ensure full adherence to applicable laws.
Required Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of the IFSCA fund management framework and the SEBI AIF regulations
- Demonstrated experience in real estate project evaluation, investment appraisal and financial modelling
- Sound understanding of fund structuring, FEMA, taxation and cross-border investment considerations
- Demonstrated ability in investor relations, fund-raising and stakeholder management
- High standards of integrity, governance and regulatory discipline
- Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills

- CFA / FRM
