Job Summary
The Principal of Sales at Transparent Partners is responsible for driving outreach through cold calls and strategic follow-ups, leading initial discovery calls, managing pipeline activities in Pipedrive, and overseeing RFI and RFP processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, a proven ability to build business pipelines, strong communication skills, and a self-starter attitude. Experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM tools and familiarity with legal agreements is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch and closing new business with senior marketing leaders
- Comfortable and confident on cold calls and in executive-level conversations
- Hands-on Pipedrive experience or similar CRM
- Experience managing RFI/RFP processes and navigating legal agreements like NDAs and MSAs
- Highly organized with strong written communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy
