Job Summary
Lead the UCP Immersive Learning Charter Academy and drive the planning, development, and launch of the UCP Career Academy. Serve as instructional and operational leader for emerging initiatives, ensuring compliance with Florida virtual education and charter school requirements. Hire, train, and supervise staff while monitoring student achievement, attendance, and progress. Develop educational vision, design school systems, and build industry partnerships for the new Career Academy. Coordinate opening logistics, master schedules, and facility readiness. Foster an inclusive school culture, analyze performance data, and collaborate with district leadership on strategic priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree – Education Leadership
- Certification: Florida Professional or Temporary Teaching Certificate
- ESE and Education Leadership
- Minimum five years of successful teaching experience
- Minimum three years of successful school leadership/administration experience including supervisory experience
- Demonstrated success improving student achievement
- Strong organizational and project management skills
