Principal - Oakwood

Oversee programmatic approaches and interventions with students while supervising curriculum, instruction, and academic/behavioral progress. Manage special education programming and services, lead extracurricular activities, and foster stakeholder relationships. Provide supervision to the leadership team and school staff while maintaining administrative oversight of school operations. Report to the Director of Education. Requires ISBE Type 75 Administrative License and valid Illinois driver's license. 3+ years supervisory experience and 5+ years working with youth with severe emotional or behavioral challenges preferred. Competitive salary based on education and experience. Small class sizes of 10 or fewer students per class with two additional support staff in every classroom. Relocation assistance available up to $5,000.
