Principal Nuclear Waste Consultant

Principal Nuclear Waste Consultant to lead delivery of waste-management studies and decommissioning strategy across international and UK projects. Responsibilities include conducting waste-management studies (strategy development, inventory, BAT assessments), decommissioning strategy development, environmental studies, optioneering, regulator engagement, preparing costed proposals and business-development materials, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, mentoring team members, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary group to ensure technical excellence and on-time, on-budget delivery. Strong communication and numeracy, self-starting initiative, and ability to work across multiple projects are required; experience with regulatory engagement and knowledge of UK nuclear sites and site licences is desirable.
