Job Summary
Lead the development of Infoworks ICM network modelling expertise for wastewater and urban drainage projects, promoting best practice and innovation in blue and green infrastructure. Mentor less experienced colleagues by supervising deliverable quality while providing technical advice to clients on asset investment decisions. Collaborate with teams across the UK, Ireland, and France to deliver hydraulic modelling services, manage projects, and contribute to tenders and proposals. Showcase Egis technical capability at industry events and seminars. Requires 8+ years of experience, a BSc/Eng or MSc/Eng in Civil, Water, or Environmental Engineering, and the right to work in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- BSc/Eng or MSc/Eng in Civil, Water or Environmental Engineering disciplines
- 8+ years of experience
- Obtained or near to obtaining professional qualification with CIWEM or similar
- Demonstrable client, contractor or consultancy experience in UK Water Sector
- Demonstrable knowledge of regulator (e.g. Environment Agency), modelling requirements and technical standards

Desired Qualifications
- experience in water quality modelling
- An interest and experience in developing digital tools to promote hydraulic modelling efficiency
- Knowledge of scripting / automation (e.g. Python, Ruby etc)
- Experience with other hydraulic modelling packages
- Experience in flood risk modelling, assessment and mapping
