Job Summary
Lead the design, optimization, and evaluation of complex Voice over IP (VoIP), network systems, and communication infrastructure while resolving advanced network and security challenges. Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, network performance, and security risks, serving as a technical leader on highly complex projects requiring independent decision-making. Support network and VoIP implementation through installation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and related technologies while monitoring performance and troubleshooting connectivity and security issues. Implement security hardening and cybersecurity best practices, create technical documentation, and maintain diagrams and installation guides. Requires 15+ years of experience, TS/SCI clearance, and travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant networking or systems engineering experience
- Cisco CCNP
- Security+
- Cisco CCNA OR CCNP Collaboration
- Linux+
- active TS/SCI security clearance
- Candidates must be able to travel up to 25%
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred
