Job Summary
Act as subject matter expert and primary Technical Account Manager for assigned NetSuite clients, ensuring satisfaction through SLA adherence and proactive workload redistribution. Conduct regular account reviews to identify process adherence, backlogs, and improvement opportunities while reviewing contracts for profitability and billings. Lead initiatives to improve Managed Services delivery maturity, train the team on technical and functional skill sets, and design dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators. Manage teams across multiple geographic regions and advise clients on standard functionality and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems or MBA or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including configuration, implementation, consulting/administration, support, and escalations
- Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP
- Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing a team of 5+ consultants working across multiple engagements
Desired Qualifications
- NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator
- Familiarity with common application integrations via Celigo, Boomi, and FarApp (NetSuite Connector) for applications including Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, Salesforce, Payroll systems, and more.
