Principal, Motion Design

Principal, Motion Design responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality motion graphics, 2D animation, UI motion, and motion graphics. Develop storyboards, style frames, and mood boards to communicate visual ideas; ensure all animated content is on-brand and meets project objectives; collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver creative solutions, brainstorm to elevate video production quality, manage multiple projects with strong organizational practices, and stay current with industry trends, software, and tools to continually improve motion design work. This role includes storyboarding and video editing, and contributes to marketing, product, and internal communications. Remote US-based position eligible for the DEPT® growth-invention environment with a focus on delivering impactful brand motion for clients and internal initiatives.
