Job Summary
Lead and support a team of business development professionals in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients for Healthcare, Higher Education and Non-Profit (HHN) segments by cultivating relationships through existing networks. Serve as an expert advisor to lead highly complex cash flow and real estate loans and other industry-specific solutions for Mid-Corporate clients, coordinating with product organizations to develop client-specific solutions. Provide vision and leadership for enterprise-wide strategies in mid-corporate relationship management, improve processes and risk control, and represent the company externally. Drive relationship planning to deliver the full suite of Wells Fargo solutions, and mentor less experienced colleagues. Travel domestically up to 35% and operate in a hybrid work model; not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Mid-Corporate Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
