Co-lead development of high-quality medical content across multiple therapy areas and initiatives while providing strategic input to aligned accounts. Act as the day-to-day medical contact for clients, probing briefs to distill requirements and scientifically challenging outputs to elevate deliverables. Manage and mentor junior writers and teams to ensure competency, accuracy, and adherence to KPIs, timelines, and budget constraints. Define resource distribution for strategic succession planning and participate in general financial oversight of the account. Support business development by shaping strategy on new proposals and contributing to organic growth opportunities through key engagements. Lead development of knowledge training programs and coordinate specialized mentorship for junior members.
