Job Summary
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and medical societies while delivering accurate, evidence-based clinical information on Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health products. Lead and implement strategic medical affairs initiatives, supporting professional society engagement, continuing medical education programs, and scientific events. Communicate the clinical value and outcomes of innovative products to diverse audiences and provide scientific expertise to support product lifecycle activities, including the introduction of new therapies. Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires frequent travel and advanced expertise in a relevant scientific or clinical discipline, typically gained through postgraduate education. Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in a relevant scientific, clinical, or healthcare discipline, typically gained through postgraduate education and significant professional experience
- Experience within healthcare, preferably in the medical device industry or regulated clinical research
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific information to diverse audiences
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A willingness to travel frequently
