Job Summary
Lead the design of large water and wastewater treatment plants and pump stations, including investigations, technical reports, drawings, contract documents, and specifications. Provide guidance to engineers across the company and maintain relationships with clients while assisting Industry Leads in business strategy development. Lead the preparation of bids for major projects and promote the Zero Harm policy. This role involves mentoring staff and managing client relationships on national projects across consulting, design, and construction stages.
