Job Summary
Design and development of HVAC and sewage systems, including heat gain/loss and hydronic calculations. Perform engineering calculations using manual methods and specialized software (Excel, MagiCAD, Carrier, Daikin, System Air, Waterloo). Deliver HVAC/MEP designs across all project phases: feasibility, concept, and detailed design. Prepare and coordinate technical documentation, drawings, BIM models, and AutoCAD schematics. Review, validate, and supervise HVAC design work, resolving MEP issues and managing as-built updates. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Building Services Engineering with 7–10 years’ HVAC design experience across Datacenters, Industrial, Semiconductors, Healthcare, Cleanrooms, Retail, Office, and Residential sectors. Proficiency in BIM tools (Excel, MagiCAD, Carrier, Daikin, System Air, Waterloo) and advanced English. Salary range: 164,400 - 246,600 RON (converted to USD: approximately 33,500 - 50,000 annually). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Building Services Engineering

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, hydraulic principles, materials, and design parameters
