Job Summary
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on a major civil nuclear decommissioning initiative, delivering high-quality technical solutions aligned with customer requirements and project scope. Oversee the production, review, and approval of detailed outputs (calculations, specifications, and reports) while ensuring compliance with codes, standards, safety, quality, and environmental practices. Mentor engineers and technical specialists, foster professional development, manage relationships with customers, drive continuous improvement, and navigate regulatory requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. Hybrid-working arrangement with 3 days in the office at one of the UK locations (Warrington, Hessle, or Preston).
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree (or equivalent qualification) in relevant engineering discipline
- Security Clearance (Standard BPSS / Security Check)
- Ability to achieve and maintain UK security clearance (BPSS/SC)
