Job Summary
Principal Material Cost Analyst (Level 3) located on-site in San Diego, CA with hybrid telework. Responsibilities include supporting EVMS implementation for IPTs and CAMs, maintaining compliance with DOD EVMS guidelines, preparing month-end reports and EACs, aligning WBS, time-phasing purchases, developing earned value methodologies, conducting variance analysis, and assisting CAMs with EVMS activities. The role requires strong experience in EVMS, financial reporting, budgeting and cost control, leadership in small teams, and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance. Relocation assistance may be available; travel about 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, and/or industry related field OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, and/or industry related field.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM).
