Job Summary

Analyze marketing and program performance across paid media, websites, social media, and partner initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers. Develop measurement plans, establish campaign KPIs, monitor performance trends and risks, and recommend optimization opportunities. Lead the design, execution, and analysis of market research, including qualitative and quantitative surveys and experiments, to generate insights into target audiences. Prepare and deliver executive dashboards and regular reporting on campaign and program performance while ensuring data quality through validation and reconciliation. Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external agencies to evaluate analytical methodologies and support performance analysis. Serve as the primary subject matter expert on BSA's marketing measurement tools, continuously improving how the organization ingests and analyzes campaign data. Provide guidance to junior analysts and post-graduate fellows on marketing analysis projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, including coursework in statistics
  • 6-8 years of experience in a professional analytics, marketing analytics, or related role
  • Deep familiarity with paid social and other digital marketing channels (e.g., SEM) and common performance metrics
  • Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
  • Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
  • Based in Foxboro, Massachusetts
  • Remote work is not available

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in quantitative or analytical discipline or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Python or R is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of distilling disparate data into clear, concise narratives for senior leaders
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, advertising platform reporting tools, or comparable digital marketing analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Experience designing or analyzing quantitative and qualitative market research studies, surveys, or experiments is preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
