Principal Manufacturing Program Specialist (Onsite)

Lead and manage manufacturing programs for New Product Introduction at Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids, coordinating across functions to ensure on-time delivery of development hardware. Drives program management activities, oversees producibility and readiness assessments, manages material availability and inventory, tracks schedule and financial performance using Line of Balances and project plans, and collaborates with Production Control, Procurement, and Master Scheduling to streamline operations. Requires active security clearance or ability to obtain one; onsite role with responsibility for manufacturing readiness, configuration management, and ensuring quality and timely customer deliveries.
