Job Summary
Lead the Global Services portfolio for Workday as the Managing Partner, accountable for the overall success of deployed and production customers. Drive executive relationships, orchestrate delivery and adoption of Workday solutions, and position additional services within the customer base. Collaborate with Sales and Services to drive deployment success, reference activities, renewals, and revenue growth; ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes. Manage scope, budget, timelines, and deployment issues with customer teams, while promoting feature adoption and customer self-sufficiency through Workday’s Customer Experience. Requires travel up to 35% and fluent communication in Japanese and English. Roles include leadership across a matrixed organization, high-level relationship management, and ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams to realize account plans and ensure successful deployments and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience deploying large, complex Cloud SaaS solutions at a program leader level
- Experience positioning and selling professional services
- Experience working with software sales teams to position/sell additional products
- Comfortable in maintaining C-level relationships
- Ability to manage/prioritize multiple customer demands balancing customer satisfaction with revenue and profitability targets
- Fully bilingual between Japanese and English
