Job Summary
Lead and oversee the deployment and success of Workday solutions for a portfolio of customers, managing executive relationships, ensuring successful deployments, driving adoption and value realization, and contributing to upsell and service delivery across large, complex accounts. Drive customer satisfaction, revenue retention and growth; collaborate with Account Executives and Service Executives to position and sell Workday deployment, postproduction services, and platform offerings; guide multi-team deployments, manage scope/budget/timeline, and escalate issues as needed. Travel up to 30% and operate within a flexible work model that blends in-office and remote work while prioritizing customer engagements and executive alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP (HCM & Fins) solutions at a project and program manager level
- 2+ years direct experience with a cloud-native HR or Finance software (such as Workday, SuccessFactors, NetSuite) as an implementation leader
- 8+ years of developing and maintaining C-level relationships resulting in successful partnerships and strategic alignment
