(Principal/Manager) Solution Architect AI (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Lead a small team of solution engineers and demonstrate AI-driven solutions to customers, shaping prototypes and proofs-of-concept based on customer requirements. You will manage customer inquiries via our ticketing system, drive solution improvements, and boost team efficiency through better AI methods, FAQs, online community, and documentation. The role involves working with state-of-the-art computer-vision AI pipelines, contributing to customer success, and traveling infrequently (less than once per month). Berlin office-based with Flexible, trust-based working culture; opportunities to influence and implement ideas from day one.
Required Qualifications
- at least 10 years of experience as a consultant or software developer, 2-3 years in leadership role
- more than 3 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or customer support or other technical roles with customer contact
- knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments
- experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments
- strong communication skills
- English proficiency; German language skills are a plus
