Principal Logistics Management Analyst

Job Summary

Coordinate aircraft maintenance workflows by identifying applicable components using Logistics Control Numbers and bills of material, then build and track work orders via CMMS and JCNs. Manage Electronic Equipment Logs and issue resolutions through ALIS, while writing action requests for database updates, serial number tracking, and maintenance deviation repairs. Research part specifications and manage weight and balance changes to ensure accurate aircraft data. Serve as a flightline expeditor to control maintenance flow, expediting troubleshooting ashore or afloat, and coordinate communication between squadron and ship maintenance departments for combat FOD walks, fuel support, and aircraft movement. Manage SINS alignments during sea operations and support on-call status for 24/7 coverage across multiple locations.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance or higher
  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance
  • Willingness to provide temporary support to other CLS locations and/or emerging deployments
  • Willingness to work a flexible work schedule including shift rotation, extended shifts, holidays, weekends, and on-call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year
  • Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitive movements, overhead work, grasping, handling, reaching, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and twisting
  • Ability to obtain and maintain F-35C Safe for Flight qualification within 12 months
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience as either a technician, or in a maintenance/production control facet
  • Masters Degree with 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience as either a technician, or in a maintenance/production control facet
  • Previous maintenance or production planning experience
  • Ability to read and interpret technical data and blueprint drawings
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time

Desired Qualifications

  • 8 Years F-22 or F-35 Flightline Maintenance Experience
  • Prior Safe for Flight experience
  • In-depth F-35 ALIS/CMMS experience
  • Previous F-35 Flightline Expediter / Maintenance Control Experience
